How quickly do you send my crisps out?
We're packing Monday to Friday and aim to get your order out the working next day. Everything gets weighed out and sealed into home compostable resealable bags by hand. This is the same whichever delivery option you choose. Paying for next day speeds up the journey, not the packing.

So when does it actually turn up?
Once your box has left us:

Order on a Tuesday and we'll usually have it away by Wednesday, so Royal Mail 48 Hour tends to land by the end of the week. Royal Mail 24 Hour / Evri Next Day would get there a day sooner.

Is that a promise?
It's an honest aim. Bank holidays, the Christmas rush and new releases can all slow things down. We'll shout on the site if things are running far behind.

Where's my order?
The second your crisps leave us we email you a tracking number. Have a look at that first, because nine times out of ten the parcel is sat at a local depot or with a neighbour who's very much thinking about opening it. Still no joy? Email us and we'll chase it down.

Can you send to Europe?
We can. Prices start at £5.95 and depend on where you are. Your exact cost shows at checkout.

Who actually delivers it?
Hived, Royal Mail or Evri, depending on what courier you pick and where you are.
